Musicup collects the information needed to run your account and library: email address, username, display name, bio, profile photo, logs, favorites, wishlists, follows, and other activity you choose to publish in the app.
We also collect limited technical diagnostics such as app events, request performance, and crash or error context to keep the product reliable and investigate failures.
We use your data to create and secure your account, sync your profile and library across devices, power social and discovery features, send transactional emails such as verification and password reset, and improve reliability and support.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your username, display name, profile photo, public shelf items, follows, and public activity can be visible to other users inside the product.
Your email address and password are not shown publicly.
We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active. When you use the in-app delete account flow, we permanently remove your account and the user data tied to it, subject to limited backup and security retention windows.
You can edit your profile, change your password, remove logs and shelf items, and delete your account from inside the app.
